I spoke to a business owner recently about a negative comment I found about them on Foursquare. I didn’t notice a reply from the business and wondered if they were aware. Turns out they weren’t, but their reply to my discovery intrigued me:
“People are going to say things. I can’t worry about that.”
Unaddressed gripes can fester and mature into rumors and uninformed negative opinions that ruin an otherwise good business reputation.
